Site Monitoring: IWC provides 24x7x365 monitoring of your web site, the network platform, and the Internet to identify potential problems and provide resolution before problems occur. We perform regular pings and HTTP transactions of servers and network connections. If a problem is detected, we follow a well-defined procedure to notify you and restore service.
