Instant Messenging System (IMS)
IWC has developed a
state-of-the-art Instant Messaging System that can be integrated into any web
site. The Instant Messaging clients can be JAVA, Flash or HTML.
Our upcoming release of the product will also incorporate integration with additional
wireless platforms such as Blackberry and other systems. The
communications protocol happens over HTTP so the clients can penetrate ANY
corporate firewall as long as users inside the firewall can perform normal web
surfing operations. This differs from current IM products that rely on socket communications and a specific port
being open in a corporate firewall.
The two basic modules of the IMS include:
- Community/Company Module: generic web-based instant messenging application
- Customer Sales Support Module: web-based live chat support application

Auction Site Software
With our auction site software,
you can auction off your company's goods
and sell them over the Internet! Our auction product is a completely
configurable application that can be exactly tailored to your business
requirements.
Our auction product has the following features:
- Standard english and Dutch (multiple items) auctions. Each auction can have descriptions, pictures, unique
shipping charges, ... etc. You can sell multiple quantities on the same auction.
- Customer account features. Customer registration, watch list, auctions won/lost,
forgot my password, ... etc.
- Automatic email notification of bids and when a bidder has been outbid. Email notification
of all facets of the auction: credit card charges, shipping, ... etc.
- Bid fight feature: when a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of auction close,
the auction end time is automatically extended another 5 minutes. That means
your products sell for a higher price.
- Reserve pricing: Bid(s) have to surpass the reserve price in order for a person to
win it.
- Dynamically updated bid pricing and auction closing times on the auction
details page (no need to keep hitting 'refresh' on the browser).
- Basic search and advanced product search. Also segregate products by
category. Plus, you can place products on the home page to showcase them.
- Credit card integration via the Internet (real time or batch processing).
- Banner advertising module (so you can sell banner ad space on your auction
site). Track impressions, click throughs, ... etc. Extremely robust banner display rules.
- Back-end administrative module to manage all auctions and customers. You
can even set up other companies to list their products on your auction site.
- Back-end administrative module to manage auction invoices, update of shipping information,
automatic notification by email to winning bidders, ... etc.
- Management reports: Sales by date, by credit card type, ... etc.
- RMA management: track auction returns by customers. Issue credits.
