Instant Messenging System (IMS)
IWC has developed a state-of-the-art Instant Messaging System that can be integrated into any web site.  The Instant Messaging clients can be JAVA, Flash or HTML.  Our upcoming release of the product will also incorporate integration with additional wireless platforms such as Blackberry and other systems.  The communications protocol happens over HTTP so the clients can penetrate ANY corporate firewall as long as users inside the firewall can perform normal web surfing operations. This differs from current IM products that rely on socket communications and a specific port being open in a corporate firewall.
